About the brand
After completing her masters in nutrition and physiology from University of Cambridge, Niharika Goenka was inspired to make conscious food options fun and accessible, without compromising on the quality of ingredients, nutritional value and shelf life of the products. A brainchild of the full-time nutritionist and part-time marathon runner, Arugula & Co was started with the aim of using retail to drive sustainable supply chains. The products are made with fine ingredients that are carefully picked from trusted farmers and are free of refined sugar. Keeping in mind the carbon footprint of each product, the packaging is carefully designed to minimise the use of non-biodegradable materials.
